  • Roger Stone
    President/CEO

    Roger founded Advocacy Inc. in August 2002. He previously founded the Juno Advocacy Network (JAN) in 1998 and built it into a $5 million business. Roger has also worked on Capitol Hill as an aide to Senator Kent Conrad and Congressman Jim Moody, and worked on seventeen election campaigns in fourteen states between 1986 and 1994. He received his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in 1992 and is a member of the New York and DC bars.

    Roger received his B.A. from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 1983.

    In 2000, Campaigns and Elections Magazine named Roger a “Rising Star of American Politics.”

  • Carolyn Carlson
    Vice President of Outreach and Development

    Carolyn Carlson is currently the driving force behind Advocacy’s customer service and outreach efforts. With over twenty years of experience in the government affairs arena, including tenures at two Fortune 500 corporations and a major trade association she brings a diverse professional background to the AI team.

    Prior to joining the Advocacy Inc. team, Carolyn actively managed and planned for various political action committees for over ten years, worked with numerous federal and state elected officials, was employed by CACI, served as Membership Director of the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee, Director of the National Automobile Dealers Association's Dealers Election Action Committee (DEAC) during the 2000 Presidential election cycle and oversaw PAC receipts and disbursements totaling $1.7 million.

    Carolyn received her A.B. degree in Political Science from Occidental College in Los Angeles.

    In 1998, Carolyn received the Women in Government Relation’s Distinguished Member Award. Carolyn has been Assistant to the Chairman during the 1989, 1993, 1997 and 2001 Presidential Inauguration ceremonies.

  • Vidisha Wahi
    Senior Officer of Technical Services

    Vidisha has extensive industry experience in the field of Information Technology and a proven track record in developing solutions using a wide array of software languages, technical tools, and methodologies. She has designed and implemented several solutions conforming to high quality and industry standards using software engineering principles. Prior to joining Advocacy Inc., she worked with medium to large-scale companies including Samsung and Bank of America on various client projects.

    Vidisha graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Technology from a premier university in India. She is a Sun Certified Java 2 programmer and has also pursued SAS certification.

  • John Benton
    Head Technical Support and Customer Service Rep.

    John Benton has been a Technical Support and Customer Service Representative at Advocacy Inc. since 2007. He has works closely with many of Advocacy Inc.'s clients on a daily basis creating the best solutions to their electronic communication needs.

    Before Advocacy Inc, John served at the Sunlight Foundation. He graduated from Connecticut College in 2007 with a BA in Government and East Asian Studies. John grew up in Larchmont, New York where he was involved in political campaigns on a local level.

  • Adam Dexter
    Web Designer and Consultant

    Adam Dexter joined the team early this year and has worked on brining Advocacy Inc into the Web 2.0 world. He works one on one with Advocacy clients to craft web solutions tailored to their individual campaigns.

    Adam Dexter founded his own business, Dex Multimedia in 2003 where he provides his sevices to the non-political arena. Adam hails from the North Shore area of Massachusetts and is an avid sailor.
